Major Retailers Launch Workforce Development Program

The NASRC launched their new R-TRADE Program, with funding guaranteed for three years from Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Kroger, and Albertsons. The R-TRADE (Refrigeration Technician Recruitment, Advancement, Development, and Education) goal is to tackle the critical shortage of refrigeration technicians in the food retail industry.
